  • On May 19th, I attended the Gary Semmics Motocross School with Larry Morton as the instructor.  There were several helpful tips about motocross racing, breaking and turning but I basically feel that it was NOT worth the money.  Larry Morton had amateurs and pros competing in a race with all of the novice students.  I didn't think that this was a good idea and it certainly didn't teach me anything.  Larry Morton announced at the begining of the class that his motocross school was leaving the Gary Semmics Motocross School.  During the time that I was attending the class, Elizabeth went head over handlebars on her motorcycle and suffered a head concussion.  I left the last hour or so of the class so that Elizabeth could be taken to the hospital.  I did not attend the second day of classes from Larry Morton.  I was able to get a partital refund on the tution due to Elizabeth's injury.  This worked out well as I thought the course was too expensive.
